2010 Registration Dates

Orem High and Timpanogos 9th Graders register here as well.

Register at Park's Sportsman, 644 N. State Street, Orem (225-0227)

Your child needs to be present at Registration, They will be weighed (mandatory) and fitted for pads.

Sat	August 14	1:00pm, Mandatory Parents Meeting LOCATION: Timpview High School Parent and Child: You will meet the coach at this time and will go over league policies.

LATE REGISTRATION: Mon-Fri from 10am - 4pm at Parks Sportsman. $20 late fee.

Players Fee

1/2^nd, 3/4^th, 5^th, 6^th, 7/8^th Grades (NOTE: 5th and 6th will be separate leagues this year)

$125.00 Fee

$25.00 Jersey (boy keeps jersey)

$160.00 (boy returns jersey)

NOTE: There is a $20.00 fee for late registration.

NOTE: There is a $5.00 fee for using a Bank Card.

Deposit

Uniform: $200.00 (You can leave a check or a credit card number for deposit,

you will get it back when uniform is returned in good condition)
