UVFL Registration

If you registered online you will still need to come into Parks Sportsman on one of the dates below to get weighed

in and fitted for pads. Online registration is now closed.

(Heber residents will register at the Rec Center, 345 W 600 S, Heber. Office Number: 435-657-3240)

Freshman (9th graders)

Orem High and Timpanogos 9th Graders register here as well. Freshman get their gear here.

Freshman will need to get a hold of their high school for practice and game information. Freshman are usually a part

of the high school summer program, so get a hold of your high school coaches immediately.

Register at Park's Sportsman, 644 N. State Street, Orem (225-0227)

Your child needs to be present at Registration, They will be weighed (mandatory) and fitted for pads.

NOTE: There is a $5.00 fee for using a Bank Card.

Deposit

Uniform: $200.00 (You can leave a check or a credit card number for deposit,

you will get it back when uniform is returned in good condition)
